We really hope you love every Terroam item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.Returns will not incur handling charges, but the customer will be responsible for the postage for returns . All returns can be made within 30 days.

If you need to return something for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number so that we may assist you further.securely package your return and send your return to us. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. For defective items, or items shipped incorrectly please contact our Customer Care team within 60 days of delivery so that we may help you further. Please be sure to provide photos of your broken item(s) with a photo of the bottom/side of the product.
We're here to help you with your exchanges or returns. All exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days.
Items that may not be returned:

All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached.Laundered items cannot be returned.
